A: Most major makes and models of ABMs that are compliant with Canadian/Interac®, Mastercard and Visa standards can be connected.

Q: How and When are fees paid?

A: As part of the ABM Engagement Agreement, you
may specify how you need the fees distributed.
Fees can be split to multiple bank accounts based on fixed amounts or percentages. Splits can also
be done based on volume by either number of
transactions or dollar amounts.

Settlements of dispensed vault cash, surcharge
and interchange fees are processed and paid*
next business day (excluding bank holidays).
Depending on your operational needs, the fees can be sent either to your management company or
directly to other stakeholders.

*Payments can only be made if complete account
documents are received, including Authorization
to Deposit and VOID Cheque. Payments may be
held if below minimum transfer amounts.
